Tina’s goal is to work with you to create an optimistic therapy environment of collaboration, understanding, and empowerment.

Tina works with children and adolescents 6-18 years old and their families in building trusting relationships that promote healthy emotional regulation, safe boundaries, positive relationships, increased self-esteem, and resiliency.

She also works with individual adults to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship issues, life-phase transitions and more. 

Tina has an undergraduate degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato and an Advanced Generalist Master’s in Social Work degree from Arizona State University.

Beyond her education, Tina has over 4 years of experience in clinical mental health, working on an Intensive Outpatient Therapy team, administering Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatment, individual therapy, and co-facilitating DBT groups for adolescent and young adults. 

Outside of therapy, Tina loves to hike and camp in the back-country, ski, golf, and spend quality time with friends and family.
