I believe in the idea of everything in moderation. I support my patients by teaching this principle and providing them with the tools and knowledge to make positive changes in their nutritional health. Eating is something we do every day, and it is the food choices we make that can influence the delicate balance between health and nutritional status. I focus on both short- and long-term goals, because if the small daily steps towards wellness are not taken, it can be difficult to achieve lasting change. I strive to provide an atmosphere of trust, support and confidence for my patients in an empathic, open-minded easy-going setting.
